About This Agreement
1.1 Overview: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of SadinMart’s digital commerce services, which connect sellers, buyers, and riders or delivery service provider through our platform.

1.2 Terms: "This Agreement," "the Agreement," or "your Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions Governing digital Commerce Services.

1.3 Supersession: This Agreement supersedes any previous terms and conditions related to online services but does not override other specific agreements that govern the relationships with sellers, riders, or buyers.

1.4 Definitions:

a. "You," "your," or "yours" refers to any individual or entity using our platform, including sellers, buyers, and riders.
b. "We," "us," "our," or "SadinMart" refers to the platform operated by sadinmart.com and sadinmart.com.bd and mobile apps including its successors and assigns.
Eligibility and Use of digital commerce Services.


2. User Responsibilities:

2.1 This agreement applies to your access to and use of our platform. You are responsible for any activity, purchases and use of products or transactions made under your account or by any authorized user of your account.

2.2 Age Requirement: To use SadinMart, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 so don’t register or transact on our marketplace.

2.3 Guest Access: Non-registered users may browse the website as guests, but certain features, including exclusive promotions, may only be accessible to registered users.

2.4 Prohibited products : Keep in mind that cigarette or smoking items, alcohol, intoxicants, explosives, and any other prohibited goods or services are not allowed to be bought or sold through our Digital Commerce Platform.


2.5 Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts to manipulate pricing or promotions, submitting false claims, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

2.6 Legal Compliance: All users, including buyers, sellers, and riders, must comply with applicable laws governing digital commerce, data protection, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection.

2.7 Respectful Conduct: Users must treat others with respect. Any form of harassment, abuse, or threats will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security


3.1 Account Creation: To fully utilize our platform’s services, you must register an account using a valid email address, Bangladeshi mobile number, or through other registration forms available on our site.

3.2 Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. All activities under your account will be considered as authorized by you.

3.3 Preventing Unauthorized Access: You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account. This includes protecting your login credentials and restricting access to your device.

3.4 Suspension for False Information: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any time will lead to the suspension or termination of your account.

3.5 Reporting Misuse: If you believe your password or account has been compromised /unauthorized access , you must notify us immediately so we can take necessary actions to protect your account.

 

4. Product Inspection Before OTP Submission

4.1 Upon delivery, you have the right to inspect the package to ensure that the correct products have been delivered and that they are in good condition.

4.2 Please review all items to confirm they match your order and are free from damage or defects.

4.3 For COD orders, payment must be made in full before the OTP is provided to the delivery personnel.

4.4 Only after you are satisfied with the condition and accuracy of the delivered products should you provide the OTP to the delivery personnel.

4.5 By providing the OTP, you confirm receipt of the correct items in acceptable condition.

4.6 If you are unsatisfied with the product or haven't received it, please return it in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.

4.7 If payment is not made or the correct OTP is not provided, the delivery will not be completed, and the order may be rescheduled or canceled.

 

5. Delivery Process

5.1. All deliveries are secured using an OTP (One-Time Password) system. After placing your order, an OTP will be sent to your registered email and User apps on order (or mobile number).
The OTP must be provided to the delivery personnel to confirm receipt of your order.


5.2 We provide delivery services across Bangladesh. Delivery times vary from 15 minutes to 8 working days based on the product category (e.g., groceries, food, pharmacy items, or general shopping) and your location, as shown on the seller’s shop page. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or supplier issues. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by such circumstances.

5.3 Takeaway and Scheduled Orders
We also offer a convenient takeaway option for certain products, allowing you to pick up your order directly from the seller’s location. For added flexibility, you can schedule orders in advance by selecting your preferred delivery or pickup date and time during checkout. This ensures your items are ready when you need them.

5.4 If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated time or within 8 business days, you will receive a full refund to your wallet upon cancellation. Alternatively, if you prefer, the refund can be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days from the cancellation date. We will keep you informed via push notification and email regarding the status of your refund.

5.5 Delivery Charges

a. Delivery charge vary from ৳20.00 to ৳150.00 based your locations, City or distance from seller Store and the product category (e.g., grocery, food or general shopping). But the delivery fee will show on checkout.


b. If you request a refund after the order has been completed and the OTP has been provided, please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded.
c. The delivery charge incurred for the initial delivery is non-refundable, even if the product is returned or a refund is requested.
